WINTER BOOTS

Baby it's cold outside!  The cold weather has inspired us to make these booties. They may look warm but don't be fooled, they are made of paper.

First we cut out the boots using the Silhouette Cameo and the Santa's Surprise svg cuts file.  The paper we used was from the Paper Studio's North Pole production paper pack.

We then laced up the boot with some ribbon (we used ribbon we had in our stash, not sure where
we got it).  You should lace up the boot now because once it's assembled you won't be able to.

We then glued the boot together, glued the sole to the bottom of the boot and hot glued a piece of boa (also from our stash, got it at michaels) to the top of the boot, and our boot is complete!  This project was really quick and easy to make but if you need help Svg cuts has a tutorial on how to put it together.

Of coarse no project is complete with out some sort of treat, so we decided to make some chocolate covered pretzel rods to tuck inside.  Yummy!

We used white Wilton candy melts, dipped the pretzel rods and sprinkled them with cake sprinkles.  For the tag, we used our paper punches and a peechy keen stamp for the snowmans face.  We put two pretzel rods in each bag, tied a tag to the top and placed them in the boot.
