How cute is this little piggy!
It's a cuttlekid die from ProvoCraft.
The paper is Bella Blvd.
I used Jaded Blossom's Rectangle Dies and Circle Dies for the card.
The tag and Sentiment are also Jaded Blossom, Mini Tag Dies 2 and Udderly Adorable.
