I used the handled treat bag 2 file and the cookie and milk file to create this adorable treat topper.
I used brown card stock and chocolate chip pattern paper to make the topper, then I sized down the smart cookie file and matted it on a scalloped circle with a pop dot. I created the tag using the print and cut feature on my silhouette cameo and tucked it underneath the cookie.
I cut the glasses and mouth from the same cookie file and attached the to the front of the bag.
This is so cute and clever! I love the little accent cookie and the face on the cookie in the bag is so much fun!!! Thanks so much for playing along with the Smarty Pants Challenge at Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons!
